My daughter was arriving at BWI and had planned to take public transportation to Georgetown.  With bags literally weighing nearly as much as she does, I wanted to get her as safely and easily to her destination as possible.  The morning of her arrival I searched the internet for a limousine company in an unfamiliar city.  I happened upon a brief positive comment about Silverline Limousine and called.  With very little notice, Ms. Sharma arranged for car to pick up my daughter and for the driver to meet her at baggage claim to help with her luggage.  Not only did the driver arrive on time, just as promised - He stayed with and helped my daughter when one of her bags did not seem to arrive.  A quick phone call to Ms. Sharma and I was reassured that all was well, they had found the bag, and were on their way to Georgetown.  My daughter said that she was spoiled by the attentive service that she received and wondered whether she might call them again for her return trip.  Of course she did, and was treated with the utmost courtesy and concern.  We feel very lucky to have found Silverline!

Great Service and Professional chauffeurs. Silverline really helped me and my daughter when another limo company in the area ditched us at last moment ( even though we had a confirmed reservation three weeks in advance).  Silverline's driver showed up as promised and took care of us. My daughter had a terrible headache by the time we reached our hotel.
Amazingly, the driver dropped us and 20 minutes later he was calling our room from the hotel lobby to inform us that he went to the nearby pharmacy and picked up Advil for my daughter. It’s rare to service like that in these busy times.Melinda Thomas

The people are wonderful! A friendly and down to earth service is what we got from them. The driver arrived right on time and was willing to go where ever we wanted to go. He was a real pleasant person. We had a little problem and talked to the owner and they were great to talk to and very helpful. Our concern was addressed very promptly and best of all, with a smile.
I have used them for past two year on all my trips to and from airport.
I also used their limousine on another occasion when I had guests from out of town. So far I have been very content.

Last week I had an emergency ( my new SUV broke down!!!), while I was on my way to pick up my son from school. I looked up in my phone for a local taxi company. I did not know that when you look up online , you can try and find out a TAXI or a SEDAN company according to its ratings!!!! Well that’s what I did and looked for the highest ratings, and the first name that came up was Silverline Sedan And Limo. I called these people and the customer service person was very friendly. She immediately dispatched a car to my son’s school. She told me that though they usually prefer a credit card authorization in advance, but since this was an emergency and my son will not have a credit card, she will make an exception. After sending the driver she called me back and also offered to call a towing company for me and arrange for me to get back to my home as well. I surely have their card on my refrigerator and their number in my phone now. I would advise anybody needing a car service to give them a try before anything else.
