Where and how do I get picked up at the airport?

Your chauffer is at the airport when you land.  Unless you have requested Meet & Greet, you will be picked up at the second curb outside the airport.

IAD     Please follow signs for ground transportation, call us once you have picked up your bags.  Your chauffeur will see you at the second curb.  Your name will be in the passenger window or flashers will be on so you can easily spot you car.
